You will also provide consultative services to other healthcare providers, contributing to a holistic approach to patient care. Quality improvement is a key aspect of this role. You will participate in quality assurance initiatives, review and analyze clinical outcomes, and implement changes to enhance patient care and safety. Adhering to ethical and legal standards in medical practice is paramount, and you will stay informed about healthcare regulations and compliance requirements. Requirements

  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
  • Board certification in Pediatrics or eligibility for certification.
  • Valid medical license to practice in North Dakota.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of pediatric medicine.
