Requirements

Licensed Occupational Therapist in Texas
Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (required unless grandfathered under bachelor’s accreditation transition)

Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy services to pediatric patients.
Collaborate with OT, Speech Therapy, and ABA teams.
Work with Board-Certified Behavior Analysts.
Participate in ongoing specialty training.
Manage productivity standards.
Engage in leadership pathways and advancement opportunities.
Participate in international and local therapeutic mission opportunities.

Rates: $56 – $72 per billable hour (based on experience)
$70 per Evaluation
Full-Time OTR (Hourly Model): $33.65 – $40.87 per hour ($70,000 – $85,000 annually)
Part-Time OTR: $33 – $40 per hour (based on experience)
