Requirements

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist in Texas
  • Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (required unless grandfathered under bachelor’s accreditation transition)
  • Passionate about helping children thrive

  • Pediatric experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide occupational therapy services to pediatric patients.
  • Collaborate with OT, Speech Therapy, and ABA teams.
  • Work with Board-Certified Behavior Analysts.
  • Participate in ongoing specialty training.
  • Manage productivity standards.
  • Engage in leadership pathways and advancement opportunities.
  • Participate in international and local therapeutic mission opportunities.

  • $70 per Evaluation
  • Full-Time OTR (Hourly Model): $33.65 – $40.87 per hour ($70,000 – $85,000 annually)
  • Part-Time OTR: $33 – $40 per hour (based on experience)
