This role involves ensuring the safety and well-being of residents by monitoring their health and providing essential personal care. The position offers both part-time and full-time opportunities across various shifts, including day and night shifts, to accommodate different schedules.
Responsibilities
- Dressing residents
- Bathing residents
- Providing oral and skin care
- Feeding residents
- Making beds
- Assisting with toileting
- Taking vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure)
- Documenting resident care and changes in condition
Requirements
- Experience in providing personal care to residents
- Ability to monitor vital signs and report changes in condition
- Compassionate and energetic demeanor
- Strong communication skills
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in assisted living or healthcare settings
- Certification in CPR or first aid
