About the position
The Payroll Analyst will be responsible for administering payroll processing components to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of payments. This role involves reconciling payroll-related accounts, resolving employee payroll issues, and managing vendor relationships. The position is remote and requires residency in specific states.
Responsibilities
- Administer assigned components of payroll processing to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of all payments.
- Reconcile payroll-related cash and general ledger accounts.
- Investigate and resolve employee payroll issues.
- Manage vendor relationships and delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years of payroll experience.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Payroll for at least 1 year (preferred).
- Experience with multi-state payroll for at least 1 year (required).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of state and federal payroll laws.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
