Responsibilities

- Enter payroll information accurately and timely.
- Calculate wages and ensure correct payments are made.
- Maintain compliance with payroll laws and internal controls.
- Keep up to date with personnel policies and procedures.
- Provide support in payroll-related inquiries and issues.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of two years' experience in payroll, benefits, and human resources processes.
- Minimum of three years of data entry experience.
- Minimum of three years of experience with Microsoft Excel.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Harris School Solution (Nextgen).
- Minimum of five years' payroll experience.
- Educational coursework related to payroll.
