About the position

As a Concrete Paving Foreman at CL Construction, you will be responsible for assisting the superintendent with overseeing concrete paving crews and managing concrete paving projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist Superintendent with Overseeing a Concrete Paving Crew, and Concrete Paving Projects
• Understand project scope, change order process and customer communication
• Ensure project documents are complete
• Responsible for managing jobsite safety and minimizing risk
• Monitor construction activity regularly, hold regular status meetings and maintain communication with all sub-teams and company leadership

Requirements

• Previous Concrete Paving Foreman experience
• Concrete Paving hands-on experience required
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for accuracy
• Ability to verbally communicate instructions and train others
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to read blueprints, limited material takeoffs, and coordinate projects efficiently
• Ability to envision overall job perspective and make reasonable decisions using sound judgement
