About The Position

UCB’s Rare Disease Organization (RDO) is looking for a Patient Support Operations Associate who is detail-oriented, collaborative, and proactive to join our Patient Services Operations team, based in our U.S. offices in Atlanta, GA, Raleigh, NC or Boston, MA. You will support the day-to-day operations of a patient support program, helping ensure high-quality service delivery for patients. You will work closely with vendors and internal teams to monitor performance, resolve issues, and improve processes. This role plays a key part in enhancing operational efficiency, maintaining compliance, and driving continuous improvement across patient services. You will work within the patient services team collaborating cross-functionally with market access, compliance, information technology, and external service providers. You’ll work closely with vendor partners to ensure effective delivery of patient support services and contribute to strong operational performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years’ experience in patient support with a HUB service company or pharmaceutical company
  • Ability to travel up to 10%

  • Support vendor performance to ensure timely, accurate patient support delivery
  • Monitor service metrics and identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
  • Prepare materials and track actions for regular vendor meetings
  • Document and manage operational issues to ensure timely resolution
  • Contribute to workflow updates, process mapping, and continuous improvements
  • Compile reports and share performance insights with internal stakeholders
