Provide exceptional patient service by answering patient phone calls, clinical inquiries and billing inquiries from the incoming multi-line telephone system in a call center setting. Be a master of multitasking and answer patient questions multi-line live chat system. Review, audit, and monitor all incoming appointments and payments made from the online system to ensure patients have an exceptional and easy healthcare experience. Work as a part of team that supports clinical staff and physicians in doing what they do best - providing excellent healthcare. Participate in a department potluck or team building activity over lunch. Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional patient service by answering patient phone calls, clinical inquiries and billing inquiries from the incoming multi-line telephone system in a call center setting.
  • Answer patient questions via a multi-line live chat system.
  • Review, audit, and monitor all incoming appointments and payments made from the online system.
  • Support clinical staff and physicians in providing excellent healthcare.
  • Participate in department potlucks or team building activities.
  • Engage with volunteer opportunities and stay informed about clinic happenings.
  • Represent The Iowa Clinic positively and professionally.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • A positive and team-oriented attitude
