Requirements

Responsibilities

Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage patient check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy in data entry and documentation.
Maintain and update patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries regarding appointments, insurance, and general information.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments, coordinating with medical staff as needed.
Verify insurance information and assist patients with billing inquiries and payment processing.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient flow and enhance the patient experience.
Address and resolve any patient concerns or complaints promptly and courteously.
Perform general administrative duties, including filing, faxing, and scanning documents.
