At Forward Focus, our front desk isn’t just an administrative function — it’s where the patient experience begins. As a Patient Services Coordinator, you’ll be the first face patients see and the first voice they hear. This is a role where your personality is as important as your skills — and where you’ll feel the direct impact of your work every single day. We’re looking for someone who brings natural warmth, steady composure, and a genuine care for the people they serve.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive, calm demeanor
  • Committed to patient privacy and confidentiality in everything you do

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems preferred but not required
  • A natural connector — people feel welcome and at ease around you
  • Calm and patient, even during busy periods
  • Proactive: you anticipate needs and solve small problems before they become big ones
  • A team player who genuinely enjoys contributing to a shared mission

Responsibilities

  • Welcome patients with genuine warmth, making them feel like valued members of the Forward Focus family
  • Build personal relationships with patients over time — remembering their preferences and needs
  • Guide new patients through the onboarding process, helping them feel at home in our practice
  • Provide attentive, unhurried phone support for patients with a range of needs
  • Schedule appointments while ensuring patients receive the time and attention they deserve
  • Conduct reminder calls for upcoming appointments, including annual physical exams
  • Answer incoming calls warmly and direct messages to the appropriate clinical team members
  • Maintain patient records with meticulous attention to detail
  • Process office visit fees accurately and discreetly
  • Verify and update patient demographics and insurance information
  • Support the clinical team through scanning, emailing, faxing, and other administrative tasks

  • Health and dental insurance
  • 401(k) with matching
  • Paid time off
  • Consistent Monday–Friday schedule (8:00am -4:30pm) — no nights, no weekends
  • Friday early finish at 3:00 PM
