The Patient Service Coordinator plays a crucial role in enhancing the patient experience within Hartford HealthCare's primary care setting. Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and answer routine questions.

  • Respond to incoming correspondence from patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Relevant experience in a fast-paced medical office highly preferred.
  • Epic experience preferred.
