About The Position
Assists in patient admission process, including: Orienting patient to surroundings including t.v. and phone operation. Reports all changes in patient condition to clinician, primary or charge nurse on duty. This position will perform/assist in patient observation for those patients who exhibit at-risk behaviors. Ability to stay calm in emergency situations.
Requirements
- Ability to stay calm in emergency situations
Nice To Haves
- Patient care technician experience is preferred
- Experience in hospital environment is preferred
