The Patient Experience Improvement and Transformation Specialist is responsible for supporting patient experience initiatives and interventions focusing on ensuring our patient’s experience is consistent and exceptional. Assists the Patient Experience Director in the development and implementation of strategies aimed at maximizing patient experience and ensuring that teams have the necessary tools and support to do so. Responsible for assisting with implementing strategies to enhance the quality of care and overall experience for patients and their loved ones. You will play a vital role in cultivating a culture of exceptional service across our health system and instilling a sense of warmth and compassion throughout the organization.
