Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of clients in their homes
- Tailor activities to clients' interests for meaningful engagement
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities (ADLs)
- Perform light housework and meal preparation
- Assist with shopping, errands, and companionship
- Provide care for clients with incontinence and dementia
- Assist with transfers and mobility support
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- 1 year of caregiving experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Fully vaccinated or exemption
- Current TB test or clear X-ray
- Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan)
- CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification (can be obtained through us)
- Willing to travel up to 25 miles if needed
