Patient Care Coordinator
About The Position
We are seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. This role supports pediatric and orthodontic patients by connecting with families, reviewing eligibility reports, educating parents on orthodontic care, and scheduling complimentary consultations. We’re looking for someone outgoing, organized, and great with people who thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience and success in customer service.
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and team-player mindset
- Organized and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Nice To Haves
- Dental experience is a plus, but not required
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Connect with families in person and by phone
- Schedule complimentary orthodontic consultations
- Educate parents on orthodontic care
- Follow up with patients and help coordinate appointments
