The Patient Care Coordinator at The Jackson Clinics is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and coordinating patient care from initial evaluation to discharge. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience in a fast-paced physical therapy environment.
Responsibilities
- Greeting patients and providing outstanding customer service
- Coordinating the care for each patient from initial evaluation to discharge
- Answering phones and managing electronic scheduling
- Performing data entry and verifying current personal and financial information
- Maintaining patient charts and electronic medical records
- Collecting, posting, and depositing patient payments
- Faxing, filing, and performing any other duties as assigned
Requirements
- College Degree Preferred
- Excellent in-person and phone customer service skills
- Close attention to detail
- Great time management and organizational skills
- Team player attitude with a focus on excellent customer service
