About the position

The Patient Care Coordinator (PCC-I) at Results Physiotherapy- AST is an entry-level office role focused on ensuring smooth daily operations within the clinic. This position plays a crucial role in enhancing patient experiences and supporting clinic growth through effective practice management and patient intake processes. The PCC-I collaborates closely with the Clinic Director to uphold the mission and values of Upstream Rehabilitation while providing excellent customer service and maintaining an organized front office environment.

Responsibilities

• Greets everyone who enters the clinic in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Schedules new referrals received by fax or by telephone from patients and physician offices.
• Verifies insurance coverage for patients.
• Collects patient payments.
• Maintains an orderly and organized front office workspace.
• Converts referrals into evaluations.
• Creates an inviting clinic atmosphere.
• Makes welcome calls to patients.
• Monitors and influences arrival rates through excellent customer experiences.
• Manages schedule efficiently and document routing.
• Handles personal overtime and non-clinical documentation.
• Manages deposits and caseload, including D/C candidates, progress notes, and insurance reporting.
• Monitors clinic inventory.
• Attends required training with Territory Field Trainers for Raintree and other business process updates.
• Completes quarterly compliance training.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills to relate well to Business Office and Field leadership.
• Ability to multitask and maintain organizational detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work with little to no supervision.
• Efficient time management and presentation skills as a team member.
