Responsibilities
- Direct patients to the proper exam/treatment room and prepare them for examinations and procedures.
- Take vital signs and document patient reasons for appointment.
- Assist the physician with procedures as directed.
- Instruct patients in all appropriate procedures.
- Maintain, clean, and sterilize medical equipment as directed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Current phlebotomy and CPR certifications are required.
- 7 - 11 months related experience and/or training.
