About The Position

The Patient Access Service Representative (PASR) delivers an exceptional patient experience for "front of house"/patient facing needs. Proactively greets patients and visitors and creates a helpful, positive, welcoming and friendly patient experience. Provides outstanding customer service both in person and on the phone. The PASR FLOAT is required to float to various clinic sites to support operational business needs.

Requirements

  • One year of experience as a receptionist/assistant or work in a customer service field.
  • Effective communication skills, oral and written required.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Strong proactive organizational skills a must.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not necessary.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and EpicCare is preferred.
