About The Position

This role involves analyzing quality data to identify opportunities for US Patient Access Associates, assisting in the development and delivery of training, providing real-time and monthly quality audit feedback to associates, maintaining policies and procedures, conducting audits, and coordinating/supervising daily activities of a support, production, or operations team. The position requires travel up to 50%.

Requirements

  • Requires a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum 4-6+ years of prior relevant experience or Associate's Degree and a minimum 6-8+ years of prior relevant experience.
  • Relevant experience may be substituted for formal education or advanced degree.
  • Relevant experience coming from a healthcare provider, payor, CBO, business office environment or an outsourcing company
  • Travel within the assigned region 25-50 %

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge and utilization of desktop applications to include Word and Excel.
  • Ability to initiate and follow through on projects and work independently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Revenue Cycle experience along with knowledge of managing key performance indicators.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze Quality Data to identify areas of opportunity for US Patient Access Associates
  • Assist with development and delivery of training to reinforce areas of opportunity.
  • Delivers quality audit feedback to associates as needed in real time.
  • Delivers monthly cumulative quality feedback to associates.
  • Assists with maintenance of policy and procedures when changes are identified.
  • Conducts audits to support the needs of the business as needs are identified.
  • Coordinates and supervises the daily activities of a support, production, or operations team
