About The Position
This role involves analyzing quality data to identify opportunities for US Patient Access Associates, assisting in the development and delivery of training, providing real-time and monthly quality audit feedback to associates, maintaining policies and procedures, conducting audits, and coordinating/supervising daily activities of a support, production, or operations team. The position requires travel up to 50%.
Requirements
- Requires a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum 4-6+ years of prior relevant experience or Associate's Degree and a minimum 6-8+ years of prior relevant experience.
- Relevant experience may be substituted for formal education or advanced degree.
- Relevant experience coming from a healthcare provider, payor, CBO, business office environment or an outsourcing company
- Travel within the assigned region 25-50 %
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge and utilization of desktop applications to include Word and Excel.
- Ability to initiate and follow through on projects and work independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Revenue Cycle experience along with knowledge of managing key performance indicators.
Responsibilities
- Analyze Quality Data to identify areas of opportunity for US Patient Access Associates
- Assist with development and delivery of training to reinforce areas of opportunity.
- Delivers quality audit feedback to associates as needed in real time.
- Delivers monthly cumulative quality feedback to associates.
- Assists with maintenance of policy and procedures when changes are identified.
- Conducts audits to support the needs of the business as needs are identified.
- Coordinates and supervises the daily activities of a support, production, or operations team
