About the position

Responsibilities

  • Prepare daily food and pastry items.
  • Demonstrate baking and pastry techniques and production.
  • Ensure station mise en place is prepped and ready for service.
  • Maintain knowledge of seasonal ingredients and learn new ones.
  • Participate in service periods, restocking stations as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with all teams throughout the day and service.
  • Maintain an orderly and neat work area to promote food quality and reduce waste.
  • Support a culture of Enlightened Hospitality.

Requirements

  • 1+ years experience as a Pastry Cook.
  • Ability to walk or stand for long periods.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages preferred.
