The Parts Specialist will also handle phone inquiries, accurately look up parts, quote prices, and recommend related items while ensuring compliance with the Low-Price Guarantee. The role includes financial responsibilities such as maintaining and securing the cash drawer, processing transactions, and handling exchanges and returns in accordance with company policies. The Parts Specialist will also be involved in daily operational tasks, including inventory management, stocking shelves, and maintaining store cleanliness. Additionally, the position may require the operation of store test equipment and performing in-store services for customers, such as installing wipers and testing batteries, where permitted by law. The Parts Specialist may occasionally drive a delivery vehicle to fulfill business needs, provided they meet the company's driving eligibility requirements.
