Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between Product Support and key account customers
- Maintain customer relations with Mustang's commercial accounts
- Set up, stock, and inventory customer shelving at their site locations
- Package parts for delivery and deliver to customer sites using a pickup truck
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' work experience in a customer service or administrative role
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Strong dedication to delivering exceptional customer service
- Professional communication skills (verbal, written, phone)
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
- Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative
- Ability to work in a fast paced, customer service focused work environment
- Must hold a Driver License with a clean driving record
- Experience with Cat SIS systems preferred
