About the position
Randstad is seeking a Parts Analyst Assistant to join our team in Newnan, Georgia. This position is a temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate and is ideal for individuals with experience in data analysis within a manufacturing environment. The role is 100% on-site, emphasizing a collaborative team atmosphere and a nurturing culture, all within a business casual setting. Candidates should be prepared for an MS Excel test and an in-person interview at our Peachtree City location as part of the application process. The working hours for this position are from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, and the pay ranges from $19.50 to $20 per hour, depending on experience. As a Parts Analyst Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Data Analyst by maintaining systems data management and developing MS Excel documents for Parts Master research. You will be responsible for fielding part discrepancy notices from other departments, assisting in locating deficiencies, and correcting data. Maintaining accurate records and data files is essential, as is assisting with the upkeep of the system and Parts Master. Additionally, you will help create and maintain Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documents and research data inconsistencies to ensure data integrity across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Data Analyst with maintaining systems data management.
- Develop MS Excel documents for Parts Master research.
- Field part discrepancy notices from other departments and assist with locating the deficiencies and correcting data.
- Maintain data files and keep accurate records.
- Assist the Data Analyst with system and Parts Master upkeep.
- Assist in creating and maintaining SOP documents.
- Research and maintain data inconsistencies.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience with MS Excel is required.
- 1 year of experience in analytical thinking is required.
- 2 years of experience in inventory data management is required.
- 2 years of customer service experience in manufacturing is required.
- 3 years of experience in logistical support is required.
