About the position
The Educational Consultant for Partnership Plus will focus on enhancing instructional practices for teachers in grades 9-12 science. This role involves job-embedded coaching, modeling effective teaching strategies, and providing support to both teachers and administrators to improve educational outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Move teachers forward in their instructional practice through job-embedded coaching and modeling.
- Conduct observations and provide support to teachers based on their instructional needs.
- Utilize data-based decision making to inform instructional practices and improve student outcomes.
- Support administrators in their roles by providing coaching and guidance.
Requirements
- B.A. or B.S. degree required; M.A. preferred.
- Experience implementing NCTM's eight effective mathematics teaching practices.
