About the position

The Partner Operations Manager for Creator Representation and Shopping at YouTube plays a crucial role in supporting creators and partners on the platform. This position focuses on providing operational support, troubleshooting technical issues, and advocating for partners to enhance their experience. The role requires a proactive approach to managing multiple projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product solutions and improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for partners on the YouTube platform via email and video communication.
• Troubleshoot technical issues to enable Partners to maximize their performance on the platform.
• Serve as a consultant to internal, cross-functional stakeholders on the YouTube product.
• Work with assigned Strategic Partner Managers (SPMs) and Partner Engineers on account business reviews and sharing insights for partner growth.
• Utilize key metrics to assess data through both quantitative and qualitative analysis, generating actionable insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in a technical project management or a client-facing role.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with data analysis (SQL, spreadsheets, evaluating campaign and channel performance).
• Experience in project/program management or developing scalable solutions within the technology or media industry.
• Experience in making constructive suggestions, and coming up with innovative ways to scale initiatives.
• Ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive projects while working independently to drive projects to completion with high attention to detail.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Excellent communication, presentation planning and time management skills, with attention to detail.
