About the position

The Partner Marketing Director at Snowflake will lead a high-performing team focused on driving business impact through partnerships with major cloud providers like AWS and Microsoft Azure. This role involves shaping and executing the partner marketing strategy, delivering integrated campaigns, and building strong relationships to support Snowflake's growth objectives. The ideal candidate will balance strategic thinking with operational excellence, ensuring initiatives are executed efficiently and deliver measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of partner marketing professionals.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive annual marketing plans with strategic cloud partners.
  • Work closely with partner teams on a global scale and Snowflake's internal teams.
  • Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Global Alliances, and Cross-Functional Marketing teams to execute seamlessly.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations.
  • Strategically manage and maximize the value of marketing development funds (MDF).
  • Design, execute, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Establish KPIs and regularly track the performance of marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of experience in partner marketing, alliance management, consulting, or business development, focusing on cloud and/or strategic technology partnerships.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing teams to deliver impactful business results in a high-growth SaaS or cloud technology environment.
  • Deep understanding of the cloud ecosystem, specifically AWS and Microsoft Azure.
  • Ability to think strategically while executing tactically, creating actionable marketing plans that align with business objectives.
  • Exceptional relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with internal teams and external partners.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS or cloud technology environment.
