About the position
The Part Time Youth Academy Coach will be responsible for coaching and developing young athletes in a supportive and engaging environment. This role focuses on enhancing the skills and performance of youth participants while promoting teamwork and sportsmanship.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement training programs for youth athletes.
- Conduct practice sessions and provide individual coaching.
- Monitor and assess the progress of athletes.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team environment.
- Communicate effectively with athletes and their parents.
Requirements
- Experience in coaching youth sports or related activities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire young athletes.
- Knowledge of the sport being coached.
Nice-to-haves
- First aid and CPR certification.
- Experience in sports management or education.
