Join our team as an Apartment Trash Collector (Service Valet) where you will utilize your reliable open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with a trailer to transport trash bags collected from residents' doorsteps to the onsite trash compactor at apartment communities. This position offers flexible evening hours, making it ideal for those looking to supplement their income or earn extra money alongside another job. You will enjoy working close to home, with assignments typically within a 10-15 minute drive.

Responsibilities

• Transport trash bags from residents' doorsteps to the onsite trash compactor.
• Take required photos during service using the company's app.
• Work flexible evening hours, typically 5 nights a week from Sunday through Thursday.
• Adapt to work both indoors and outdoors, regardless of weather conditions.
• Lift and transport items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Climb up and down staircases multiple times throughout the evening.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• A reliable open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with a trailer.
• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance for your vehicle.
• Ability to lift and transport items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Capability to walk the distance of property and be exposed to disagreeable odors.
• Ownership of a smartphone with a data plan to utilize the mobile app.
