About the position
The FLM Supervisor at Finish Line, Inc. is responsible for managing daily shift operations within a Macy's store, ensuring excellent customer service and effective inventory control. This role involves supervising staff, maintaining sales performance, and upholding company standards in visual merchandising and store maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily shift operations including customer relations and inventory control.
- Provide daily floor coverage and supervise point of sale (POS) operations.
- Train and oversee Sales Associates to ensure high performance.
- Organize shipments, transfers, and merchandise displays.
- Maintain accountability for store sales and metrics, ensuring minimum sales volumes are met.
- Open and close the store, ensuring security and loss prevention measures are followed.
- Track results and coach performance during contests.
Requirements
- 2 years of supervisory experience in a retail environment.
- 3 years of customer service experience.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Proficient typing skills and ability to handle paperwork efficiently.
- Valid driver's license.
