About the position
The Part Time Spa Concierge at The Woodhouse Day Spa is responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences by offering personal attention from the moment guests arrive until they leave. This role involves educating guests about the spa's offerings, ensuring a seamless luxury experience, and supporting the leadership team in maintaining smooth operations within the spa. The position is part-time, focusing on shifts primarily on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and is intended for year-round employment.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal attention to guests from arrival to departure.
- Educate guests on the Woodhouse experience, including amenities and services.
- Answer phone calls with enthusiasm and a smile.
- Act as a steward of the Woodhouse Brand.
- Remember and address the small details that enhance guest experiences.
- Support the leadership team to ensure smooth operations throughout the spa.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to 'The Woodhouse Way' training program.
