Responsibilities

• Assist guests in fitting rooms and check out purchases efficiently.
• Prepare merchandise for alterations and handle exchanges and returns.
• Utilize the Sales Presentation Guide to meet performance standards.
• Build and maintain strong guest relationships to foster loyalty.
• Present merchandise effectively to maximize sales and ensure proper display.
• Perform operational tasks such as cash register management and loss prevention.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and a passion for fashion.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
• No prior experience or training required.
