Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Proficient working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
- Previous experience in a team environment and motivating others.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively with the store manager.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and train associates on selling and operational processes.
- Basic computer skills.
