Part Time Sales Associate

About the position

The Tile Shop is seeking a Part Time Sales Associate to work in our showroom, collaborating with Interior Designers, Home Owners, and Trade Professionals. This role involves providing recommendations that meet space, style, and cost requirements while building lasting relationships by exceeding customer expectations. The Sales Associate will need to understand the installation and use of all products to effectively educate customers, track established individual sales goals, manage store orders, and provide customers with product updates. Professional presentation is essential, and the Sales Associate is expected to meet personal sales goals and contribute to team goals. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Responsibilities

• Work in the showroom with Interior Designers, Home Owners, and Trade Professionals.
• Provide recommendations to meet space, style, and cost requirements.
• Build lasting relationships by exceeding customer expectations.
• Understand installation and use of all products to educate customers.
• Track established individual sales goals.
• Track store orders and provide customers with product updates.
• Present yourself in a professional manner at all times.
• Meet sales expectation goals personally and contribute to team goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
