As a Famous Footwear Sales Associate, you are passionate about providing the best shoe store experience for every customer. You do this by creating a welcoming environment and in-store culture where customers say, "I'll take it" and are loyal to your store, our brands, and our company. You are committed to staying informed about trends and sharing that knowledge with customers, ultimately building engaging customer experiences. Responsibilities
- Ensure daily store tasks (pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment and inventory) are completed efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized store that is easy to shop.
- Provide stellar customer engagement and create top-notch experiences for customers.
- Drive sales and store performance by reviewing metrics and achieving goals.
- Act with integrity by adhering to company policies and seeking feedback for improvement.
- Uphold a positive and inclusive work environment, supporting teammates and assisting with training.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- Ability to build constructive relationships within the store
- Strong communication skills with store associates at all levels
- Independent judgment and discretion in partnership with Store Sales Manager
- Knowledge of general retail practices and procedures
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Flexible schedule availability including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
