Responsibilities
- Use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
- Create meaningful connections with customers.
- Meet sales targets and earn commissions.
- Participate in community events and make outbound calls to customers.
- Work a flexible schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends.
Requirements
- Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
- Willingness to be flexible and open to change.
