About the position

The Part-Time Resident Engagement Coordinator (REC) at Veritas Impact Partners is a community-focused role aimed at building relationships with residents and connecting them to essential programs and resources. This position is part-time and offers flexibility, with the potential for transition into full-time employment based on performance. The REC will engage with residents both in-person and virtually, promoting Veritas programs and fostering community connections.

Responsibilities

• Engage with residents to build relationships in person and virtually.
• Enroll residents in Veritas programs and connect them to local resources while meeting engagement metrics.
• Collaborate with leasing teams to enhance outreach efforts and increase program enrollment.
• Travel on-site to visit communities and connect with residents directly.
• Document resident interactions and maintain accurate records for reporting purposes.
• Develop and execute marketing outreach through calls, texts, emails, and in-person visits.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish or Portuguese (preferred).
• High school diploma or GED (required); Associate degree or Bachelor's degree (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence.
• Organized, self-disciplined, and able to multi-task.
• Relevant experience in education, social work, or nonprofit work.

Nice-to-haves

• Background in property management, social work, or related fields (preferred).
