Responsibilities
- Greet passengers and provide a seamless check-in and ticketing experience.
- Utilize reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes while interacting with customers.
- Load, unload and sort freight, mail, and baggage in a safe manner.
- Achieve on-time departures and arrivals.
- Work outside in all weather conditions while lifting luggage throughout the shift.
- Drive company vehicles on the tarmac to transport bags.
Requirements
- Must be able to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds.
- Valid driver's license (some license restrictions may prohibit a candidate from being considered for this role).
- 18 years or older.
- High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Authorized to work in U.S. without sponsorship.
