About The Position

As a Security Guard Part Time Patrol Driver in Tukwila, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed driving patrol officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, support security-related operations, and remain visible to help discourage incidents. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly with tenants and visitors, and bring our agile, reliable, innovative, and people-first values to every shift through teamwork and integrity.

Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including building interiors, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations, as conditions vary by site.
Monitor access points and visitor activity, helping to support authorized entry procedures for employees, guests, deliveries, and/or vendors.
Report maintenance concerns, suspicious behavior, and/or policy violations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership, helping to support orderly daily operations.
