About the position

The Part Time Office Administrator at Stewart plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment for clients and staff at the Downtown Raleigh office. This position involves managing front desk operations, providing administrative support, and engaging with employees and clients to enhance their experience. The Office Administrator serves as an ambassador for the Stewart brand, ensuring a seamless and positive interaction for all visitors and callers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide front desk support to office staff, visitors, and clients.
  • Manage phone calls, mail, and office supplies.
  • Coordinate office events and serve as the key property management contact.
  • Support general fleet vehicle maintenance and manage parking assignments.
  • Assist in logistics support for employee engagement programs and onboarding.
  • Coordinate food deliveries for in-office meetings and client events.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of administrative experience.
  • Associate degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Bachelor's degree with 1+ years of relevant experience in a Front Desk Administrator position preferred.
  • Work experience in the AEC industry preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License; must pass a motor vehicle check.
  • Notary Public certification preferred; will be required to achieve this certification if not certified at the time of hire.
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Advanced skills in customer service and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with care.
