About the position
CMX Cinemas is seeking enthusiastic Box Office, Concession Staff, and Ushers to join our team at CMX Cinemas Chateau in Rochester, Minnesota. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional movie-going experience to our guests while working in a dynamic and fun environment. Staff will have the opportunity to engage with customers, manage ticket sales, serve concessions, and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the theater.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to guests at the box office and concession stands.
- Manage ticket sales and assist guests with their inquiries.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages at the concession stand.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the theater and concession areas.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of events and screenings as needed.
Requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Nice-to-haves
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is a plus.
