About the position
Eberhart Brothers LLC is seeking Part-time Leasing Agents to join their Leasing Department. The role involves assisting prospective tenants in finding suitable apartments, conducting viewings, and facilitating the application process. The position requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with various departments and tenants.
Responsibilities
- Scheduling and confirming appointments to view apartments
- Showing apartments and conducting Open Houses
- Facilitating the application process
- Answering phones and responding to emails
- Effectively communicating lease terms, procedures, and policies
- Promoting positive, proactive residential relations by addressing tenant concerns
- Performing various administrative duties
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an enthusiastic demeanor
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel
- Good organizational skills
- At least 1 to 2+ years of previous office experience
Nice-to-haves
- Yardi experience
- Interest in learning about the industry
