About the position
This is an exciting job opportunity for anyone interested in pursuing a career in Data Analytics. The Data Analytics Intern will be responsible for supporting data-related projects by identifying user needs, collecting data, and performing data analysis & interpretation of data. The intern will utilize data visualization techniques to design and create easy-to-communicate and easy-to-understand graphic or visual representations of large amounts of complex quantitative and qualitative data. Additionally, the intern will utilize the tools and techniques used in data analytics to mine the team's data needs, including analysis of Teacher Training test scores, federal and state grant metrics, and other sources of data within the Talent & Business Innovation team. The role also involves assisting with recognizing key metrics and helping the team build high-level dashboards to track the progress of the team and grant performance. The intern should have the ability to work independently and ask for assistance when needed, as well as work in a team to understand the data needs and provide the team with relevant data insights. Other data related activities may be required for high priority projects.
Responsibilities
