About the position

The Housekeeper role at Collective Retreats is essential for delivering exceptional guest experiences by ensuring a clean and safe environment. This position involves cleaning guest tents, bathrooms, and common areas, while also maintaining the overall cleanliness of the facilities. Ideal candidates are dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoy working outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Clean and turn all guest tents and bathrooms for new check-ins, daily, including mopping, sweeping, dusting, changing linens, and placing room amenities.
• Refresh guest rooms as needed, ensuring all room items and amenities are stocked.
• Clean common areas including cooking facilities, dining areas, common bathrooms, and lodge.
• Maintain organized housekeeping supplies, track usage, and sort incoming deliveries.
• Perform all other duties as assigned, requested, or deemed necessary by management.

Requirements

• Experience in housekeeping and/or office cleaning preferred but willing to train.
• Fluent in English.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be available to work variable shifts on both weekdays and weekends.
• Willing to work in an outdoor setting, including all-weather conditions (rain, wind, heat, etc.).
