This part-time role focuses on creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients, promoting spa services, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. The position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work in a supportive and rewarding environment.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and warmly welcoming clients.
• Building client loyalty through excellent customer service.
• Promoting and representing MassageLuXe professionally and enthusiastically.
• Learning and understanding all spa services and product lines.
• Selling appropriate services and products by providing knowledgeable advice.
• Signing clients on as members with suitable programs that offer the best value.
• Upholding MassageLuXe standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Scheduling and confirming appointments.
• Maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the spa for clients and team members.
• Generating new clientele through grassroots marketing.

Requirements

• Sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to maintain a consistently pleasant and professional attitude.
• Goal-oriented and motivated to hit daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Customer service oriented with effective communication skills.
