About the position
Robotics and Digital Solutions (RDS), a Division of The Hillman Group, is seeking a Part Time Kiosk Technician in the Ardmore, OK area. This role involves training on key duplicating, tag engraving kiosks, and third-party break/fix services. The territory consists of approximately 30 kiosks, and the position requires 15-25 hours of work per week. The starting pay is $19.00 per hour, with a vehicle allowance and a gas card provided. The territory covers Ardmore, Durant, McAllester, Hugo, Sulphur, OK, and parts of far North Central Texas.
Responsibilities
- Re-stock and perform routine service on kiosks as needed (determined by demand at the machine, or schedule).
- Perform on-call repairs or adjustments to the machine when the machine goes out of order.
- Install machines in the local area.
- Monitor machines in territory daily for issues and contact stores to resolve connectivity or power issues.
- Keep track of inventory for re-stocking machines that are in the Kiosk Tech's possession.
- Conduct store meetings and interact with store management on a routine basis to ensure a good working relationship with our clients and promote the machine to improve revenue.
- Grow revenue in territory by optimizing machine locations, uptime, product mix, store relationships, etc.
Requirements
- Basic troubleshooting skills
- Mechanical and electro-mechanical skills
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions carefully
- Basic computer skills
- Basic spreadsheet and email skills
