About the position

This is a continuous recruitment for an applicant pool to fill part-time (up to 67%), substitute, temporary, or hourly assignments on an as needed basis. We accept applications on a continual basis. Departments or Divisions will refer to the pool of applications on file, as needed, to fill temporary assignments. Applicants will remain in the pool for 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Fill part-time faculty or temporary substitute assignments as needed.
• Maintain application status and ensure all requested materials are submitted.
• Provide detailed descriptions of present and past job duties relevant to the position.

Requirements

• Master's degree in anthropology or archaeology OR bachelor's degree in either of the above AND master's degree in sociology, biological sciences, forensic sciences, genetics or paleontology OR the equivalent.
• Knowledge of specialized courses that may require specific certificates based on accreditation.
