Paws Up! is seeking dependable and passionate part-time dog walkers and pet sitters in the Park Circle area of North Charleston, SC. This role involves providing care for pets, including daily dog walks and pet sitting services, while ensuring their safety and happiness. The position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work outdoors with animals, making it ideal for those who love pets and enjoy an active lifestyle.

Responsibilities

• Delivering daily midday dog walks and adventure walks.
• Providing care for cats and other pets while their parents travel, including feeding, playing, and cleaning up.
• Ensuring the safety and happiness of each pet in your care.
• Following specific instructions for each pet's unique needs.
• Keeping pet parents informed with clear communication using a pet sitting app.
• Recording notes and taking pictures/videos on each walk.
• Being punctual and reliable for scheduled appointments.

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Independence and ability to handle multiple clients throughout the day.
• Availability between 9 am - 3 pm, Monday to Friday, with options for early morning and evening appointments.
• A valid driver's license and a reliable, insured vehicle.
• Ability to pass a background check.
