Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to clients at the Stanford Shopping Center branch.
• Handle foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company.
• Travel to the Great Mall branch as needed to assist with customer service.
• Follow company procedures and protocols for cash handling and transactions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of customer service experience required.
• 2 years of cash-handling experience required.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to multi-task.
• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous cash handling experience is a plus.
