About the position

Currency Exchange International is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Teller to join their team at the South Coast Plaza branch in Costa Mesa, CA. This role involves providing exceptional customer service while handling foreign exchange transactions and requires travel to the Mainplace Mall branch in Santa Ana, CA. The ideal candidate will be motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality service to customers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to clients visiting the branch.
  • Handle money transactions with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company.
  • Assist customers with foreign exchange services and inquiries.
  • Follow company procedures and policies in all transactions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2 years of customer service experience required.
  • 2 years of cash-handling experience required.
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to multi-task.
  • Strong listening and verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous cash handling experience is a plus.
